-Pneumovax 23 (pneumonia)
-Prevnar 20 (pneumonia)
- Tdap (tetnus -diptheria)
- RSV Vaccine
-COVID VACCINE (MODERNA - ONLY)

Please call to schedule an appointment for all vaccines.

We submit all vaccines to insurance and do our best to get them covered. In the instance that your insurance is not in network and/or the shot is not covered, there is a cost associated with the vaccine. Please be sure to include your insurance information during registration.
